Chief Marketing Officer

We're looking for a Co-founder in Marketing (Product & Content Focus)

(Knowledge of Russian is desirable)

We’re an early-stage startup (MVP ready), building an all-in-one personal finance app: budgeting, savings, goals, retirement planning, AI assistant, and financial education — all with a friendly, animated Phoenix that guides users along the way.

Team: CEO, CTO (backend + Flutter), mid-level developer, and UI/UX designer.

Legal entity in progress (Estonia). Remote-first culture.

📌 Your mission:

Define and execute the go-to-market strategy (starting with the US)

Create content, positioning, landing pages, and social media in English

Launch initial campaigns and gain early traction

Build and lead the marketing team later on

✅ You’re a fit if you:

Have experience launching mobile apps for English-speaking markets (ideally the US)

Write and speak English fluently (C1+ level minimum)

Understand user acquisition, growth loops, funnels, early-stage traction

Are comfortable working in Russian (team communication, internal discussions)
