Join a leading company in the fields of water, wastewater, and environmental sustainability.

We're looking for a strategic, growth-oriented Business Development Manager to lead market entry and expansion efforts across South America. This role combines business strategy, partnership development, and M&A leadership in a dynamic international setting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement market entry strategy for America Latin countries
• Identify and assess strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisition targets
• Analyze regulatory, technological, and competitive landscapes in the water and wastewater sectors
• Lead negotiations with public, private, and financial stakeholders
• Build business and operational plans for establishing local branches or operations
• Collaborate closely with senior management, legal teams, and financial partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in international business development
• Track record of leading M&A processes, including due diligence
• Strong knowledge of water infrastructure, wastewater, or related sectors
• Language skills: Spanish – required; Portuguese – a plus; English – high proficiency
• Willingness to travel frequently across America Latin
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive complex processes
