International Sales Manager – Engineering Solutions for Road Construction & Infrastructure

We are seeking an experienced and talented International Sales Manager to help lead our global sales organization. Our company develops and delivers engineering and technological solutions for the road construction and infrastructure industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in building and managing global sales teams, including regional and country managers, distribution networks, and senior key stakeholders
• Establish strategic partnerships and open new distribution channels
• Drive complex, multi-stage sales processes and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams across engineering, logistics, operations, and business development

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in building and managing international sales teams – mandatory
• Previous experience in companies offering engineering or technological solutions in the infrastructure or engineering project sectors – a strong advantage
• Proven track record managing long and complex sales cycles with diverse stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, target-driven, with the ability to align and motivate cross-organizational teams
• Experience working with global clients, conducting high-level negotiations, and leading complex deals
• Fluent English – mandatory
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally – mandatory
