Sales operation Desk

Job description:

• Manage order to cash process.
• Order Entry of Sales orders, Subscriptions, Sales Agreements in oracle cloud system
• Activation and billing of Subscriptions
• Products delivery to sites
• Review sales contracts and follow up invoicing per miles-stones.
• Work with daily and weekly reports to follow up orders progress.
• Work with various tools to maintain and follow up projects data for invoicing.
• Focal point for customers Managed Services orders
• Daily coordination with various internal groups (sales, services, finance, operations, product management) etc.
• Work on sales force.com (quotes, opportunities, cases, reports)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a global telecom company
• Previous experience in sales operations position
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Advance knowledge with Microsoft office tools, excellent in Excel
• Motivated and high service orientated.
• Flexibility to work with NA working hours.
• Previous experience with ERP System, oracle cloud – advantage
• Previous knowledge in sales force.com
