Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Success & Back Office Representative to join our team in Or-Yehuda. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will be the bridge between customers and internal departments, supporting pre- and post-sales activities, managing service processes, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination with global partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a first-line contact for customer inquiries and support requests
- Manage after-sales service processes: quotations, orders, invoices, payments, shipment coordination, and tracking
- Maintain and update the technical database of company products
- Monitor and manage inventory and logistics for global service centers
- Assist in sales support tasks and service delivery coordination
- Generate reports for service, support, and sales metrics
- Manage customer records and documentation in the customer service portal (CRM)
- Lead and support internal departmental tasks and cross-functional projects
- Analyze customer feedback to identify service improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Engineering, QA) to ensure seamless service execution
Requirements
Experience & Education
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, back office, or operations - preferably in an international technology or manufacturing company
- Bachelor's degree – an advantage
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong command of English – both written and spoken (mandatory), other languages – an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, experience with Priority ERP – a strong advantage
- Basic knowledge of international shipping – an advantage
- Basic graphic editing skills – an advantage
Interpersonal & Operational Skills
- Highly service-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Technically inclined with the ability to quickly learn and understand complex systems
- Independent, responsible, and proactive team player
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, occasionally during non-standard hours
