Creative & Art Director

A leading advertising agency in Tel Aviv is looking for a Creative & Art Director with strong conceptual, copywriting, and visual skills—especially in traditional media such as TV, radio, print, and OOH.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts for TV, radio, print, and OOH campaigns

Write scripts, taglines, and marketing copy

Collaborate with producers, editors, directors, and internal teams

Deliver creative pitches to clients and teams

Create responsive content to match current events and trends

Ensure campaigns align with brand strategy and tone

Requirements:

2–4 years of experience as a Copywriter, Art Director, or Creative hybrid, preferably in an ad agency

Proven experience in offline media (TV, radio, print, billboards)

Strong storytelling and concept development skills

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Ability to manage creative processes and work with production teams
