Content Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a superstar content creator meets strategic marketer - someone who can lead the charge in building Tellos’s voice, brand, and reach across social, video, and beyond.

At Tellos, we help eCommerce brands boost sales with AI-powered shoppable video feeds - fully automated, personalized, and zero maintenance. Think TikTok meets Shopify. We’re backed by leading angels and already working with fast-growing D2C brands across the US and EU.

We’ve built a killer product. Now we need to tell the world. That’s where you come in.

As our Content & Marketing Lead, you’ll own the strategy and execution of everything from social content to thought leadership to product launches. You’ll shape our brand, grow our audience, and turn Tellos into a category-defining name in video commerce.

This role is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, creative, obsessed with brand storytelling - and knows how to connect that to business results.

• Develop and lead our content and marketing strategy across all channels
• Create and oversee production of social content, campaigns, product explainers, and customer stories
• Build our presence on TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube—native content, not recycled posts
• Manage and grow a content calendar that aligns with company goals
• Collaborate closely with product and founders on launches, brand moments, and GTM plans
• Track performance, iterate fast, and double down on what works
  

• Have 3–6+ years of experience in content creation, marketing, or brand building
• Have built and grown social channels or brands from 0 → 1 (ideally in startups or tech)
• Are an excellent writer and editor, with a killer eye for visual content
• Are fluent in English (writing and speaking) and comfortable crafting brand tone
• Are strategic and creative - can zoom out and lead direction, then jump in and make magic happen
• Understand eCommerce, D2C brands, or Shopify (or are hungry to learn)
  

• You’ve created high-performing content for X (Twitter)—threads, memes, one-liners, launches
• You’ve led brand or content for a SaaS, eComm, or creator-focused startup
• You’ve worked with video formats: TikToks, reels, shorts, demos, explainers
• You can show us your past content wins—campaigns, virals, or audience growth
