Product Development Manager

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Product Development Manager. someone who understands both the consumer and the product development process, ensuring strong alignment between market needs and technical execution.

This role owns the entire product development process. from product definition to market launch. It requires deep market understanding, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to create innovative, high-quality products tailored to consumer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation and research to execution and launch.
• Conduct in-depth market research and trend analysis in the skincare space.
• Translate marketing needs into product concepts and brief R&D accordingly.
• Ensure product-market fit through insights from consumer and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, Operations, Sales, Finance, Regulatory) and external partners (designers, manufacturers, suppliers).
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Contribute to brand-building initiatives and global product positioning efforts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in a skincare or FMCG company.
• Background in the cosmetic industry-an advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant scientific field (e.g., B.Sc).
• Excellent command of English-both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and market research skills.
• Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.
