✨About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help drive product discovery, identify opportunities from the field, and bring new ideas to life.

You’ll spend a significant portion of your time on-site at clinical sites around the world- supporting product implementations and gathering real-world feedback and insights. You’ll collaborate closely with R&D, design, implementation, marketing, quality, and regulatory teams to turn those insights into impactful product improvements.

🎯Key Responsibilities

• Lead product initiatives from early-stage discovery and V&V to launch and post-market refinement
• Partner closely with R&D, QA/RA, clinical, design and Implementation teams to move projects forward
• Travel regularly (~25%) to clinical sites globally for product research and support product implementations.
• Maintain and update user-facing documentation, including Instructions for Use (IFU), Quick Guides, and training materials

🙋‍♀️Who You Are

• You’re an experienced Product Manager from a medical device or hardware background, excited about solving real-world problems in critical care
• You’re proactive and thrive in the field, comfortable in clinical settings, eager to engage with users, and able to immerse yourself in the user’s environment to uncover real needs and opportunities.
• You’re comfortable navigating complexity, from regulatory detail to user behavior
• You have a startup mindset: you move quickly, own your work end-to-end, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves
• You’re a strong communicator and work well to bring together diverse stakeholders to move projects forward

✅ What You Bring:

• Product management experience in a medical device or hardware company, preferably within a regulated environment
• Background in Biomedical Engineering or clinical training (MD or RN)
• Familiarity with hospital workflows and EMR systems
• Ability to translate clinical and field insights into clear, actionable product inputs, including requirements, problem statements, and training materials
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to balance day-to-day execution with long-term strategic planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%) to support product research and clinical implementations
