About the Role

We are seeking a Senior BI Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and a solid foundation in engineering to join our growing data team. This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and technology—delivering high-impact insights and helping shape data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The ideal candidate combines a passion for business analytics with technical depth, enabling them to extract insights, optimize data pipelines, and support strategic initiatives with high-quality dashboards, reports, and data models.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Looker.
• Bring insights and suggestions to Product Managers, Sales, Customer Success, and Management by conducting deep analysis and research.
• Monitoring product metrics to alert about changes/issues
• Perform in-depth data analysis, identify trends, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with our Data Engineer to ensure clean, reliable, and scalable data sources
• Write SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
• Help define and track KPIs across departments and products
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the data warehouse and data governance practices
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, tool development, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of proficiency in SQL is a must
• 2+ years of experience with Looker
• Statistical analysis experience
• 3+ years of experience with a scripting language like Python
• Experience with AI tools - an advantage
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and analytical best practices
• Background in engineering or computer science – hands-on experience with data pipelines or APIs is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to translate complex data into business context
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
