Inviting applications for the role of AIOps & Infrastructure Engineer!

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing hybrid AIOps and automation solutions, deploying and managing observability tools like Grafana, and integrating AI/ML into operational workflows. You’ll collaborate with platform and SRE teams to support Kubernetes environments and drive intelligent, scalable infrastructure practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement hybrid AIOps and infrastructure automation solutions, focusing on scalable, maintainable, and intelligent operations
• Build and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or Ansible for cloud-native and hybrid environments
• Lead the deployment and integration of Grafana as the primary visualization and observability layer, including alerting, dashboards, and plugins
• Construct and maintain data pipelines for logs, metrics, and traces using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Tempo
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into operational workflows for tasks such as anomaly detection, pattern recognition, and event correlation
• Collaborate with platform and SRE teams to embed intelligent monitoring into CI/CD pipelines and real-time incident management
• Design and support Kubernetes (AKS) and container-based architectures with automated observability and predictive health scoring
• Continuously evaluate and improve performance, reliability, and efficiency across infrastructure and AI-enhanced monitoring systems
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML, observability tooling, and infrastructure automation to drive innovation and improvement
• Serve as a cross-functional advisor to help teams adopt AIOps practices and Grafana-powered insights

Minimum Qualifications:

• 6+ years in infrastructure engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles with hands-on IaC and observability experience
• 2+ years of experience building or deploying AI/ML-powered systems in production environments, ideally in operational or performance monitoring domains
• Proven expertise in Grafana (open source or enterprise) including dashboard creation, alert configuration, and data source integration
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, or OpenTelemetry
• Proficiency with Terraform, Bicep, or other IaC tools to automate infrastructure across cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Solid scripting capabilities in Python, PowerShell, or Bash, especially for data transformation and automation
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments, container orchestration, and microservices (e.g., AKS, Docker)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with telemetry data from complex distributed systems
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written) and strong communication skills across cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications / Skills:

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into observability or incident response pipelines
• Familiarity with AIOps platforms (e.g., Moogsoft, BigPanda, Dynatrace) and their Grafana integrations
• Working knowledge of ITSM/ITIL principles and how AIOps can enhance root cause analysis and response automation
• Microsoft or Azure certifications in DevOps, AI, or infrastructure engineering
• Passion for innovation, mentoring others, and building intelligent systems with real impact
