Marketing Lead

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who thinks outside the box!

A fast-growing B2B SaaS company in the affiliate and performance marketing space is looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creative Marketing Lead to take full ownership of its global marketing strategy and execution.

This role is perfect for someone who’s entrepreneurial at heart – someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, but builds smart systems from scratch and leads with both vision and action.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute full-funnel marketing across multiple channels
• Manage campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, PR, SDR, and more
• Align closely with sales to refine messaging and improve lead quality
• Own the SEO strategy, content calendar, and weekly performance tracking
• Analyze and optimize KPIs like CAC, CPL, and conversion rates
• Oversee all website content and structure – homepage, landing pages, etc.
• Manage freelancers and mentor a small team
• Drive the creation of assets like decks, one-pagers, videos, and case studies
• Represent the brand at webinars, industry events, and through strategic partnerships

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
• 1+ years in a leadership or team management role
• Fluent English – written and spoken
• Proven experience running paid campaigns and full-funnel strategies
• Strong analytical skills with tools like HubSpot, GA, and LinkedIn Ads
• Excellent copywriting and positioning abilities
• Entrepreneurial mindset – a builder, not just a manager
• Experience working alongside GTM teams
• Bonus: design coordination or creative direction experience
