Full Stack Team Lead

Wanted: Full Stack Team Lead for a cutting-edge high-tech company in Tel Aviv. This is a very rewarding full-time position.

The chosen candidate will charge of creating tech roadmap, lead for architectural changes, improve development cycle, mentor and develop your team members and much more.

Job Responsibilities:

● Growing and developing a team of talented and motivated full-stack developers.

● Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.

● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

● Improve platform architecture to support current and future initiatives.

● Improve the company’s development cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.

Job Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.

● 4+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript

● Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Mongo).

● Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

● Strong problem-solving and software design skills, including debugging and architecture.

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated with a proactive mindset.
