Software Quality Assurance Tester

As the QA Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of manual testers working across complex financial systems. You will lead testing methodologies, oversee test execution, and ensure quality delivery in a highly dynamic, Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 manual QA testers

Own the QA strategy and execution across multiple projects

Prepare detailed test documentation, including summaries and reports

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including end-users

Work closely with development, product, and business teams

Ensure testing processes align with Agile methodologies

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a QA Team Leader

Hands-on experience in financial systems – mandatory

Strong command of testing tools such as JIRA and XRAY

Deep understanding of QA methodologies and Agile workflows

High-level proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Advantage: Knowledge of capital markets / investment systems

Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, strategic mindset
