We’re an agile, performance-driven affiliate company in the casino vertical, with unique technological advantage. We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Facebook Media Buyer who already knows how to make casino campaigns print money—and can prove it.

What you’ll own

• Strategy & execution – Build, launch, and scale high-budget Facebook acquisition funnels for multiple casino brands.

• Daily optimisation – Ruthlessly analyse performance data, adjust bids/budgets/creatives, and hit CPA & ROAS targets.

• Full-funnel collaboration – Work shoulder-to-shoulder with CRM, creative, BI, and retention teams to squeeze every dollar out of the funnel—from first click to lifetime value.

• Reporting & insights – Use existing BI dashboards to pull the numbers you need, spot trends, and turn them into clear testing ideas and concise performance updates for leadership.

• Compliance & best practice – Keep campaigns white-hat and aligned with Facebook’s ever-evolving policies for real-money gaming.

• Innovation – Pilot new campaign types, formats, audiences, and automation tools before anyone else.

Must-have credentials

• Casino/iGaming background – You’ve already spent 2+ years optimising Facebook traffic for real-money casino offers.

• Proven wins – A track record of scaling profitable campaigns ( > $1 M/month ad spend and hitting aggressive KPIs).

• CRM synergy – Experience feeding quality players into segmented email/SMS/retention loops.

• Analytical firepower – Advanced Excel/Sheets and confidence with BI stacks (BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, etc.).

• Data-driven mindset – Comfortable A/B testing everything and letting numbers kill sacred cows.

• Stakeholder fluency – Clear communicator who can brief designers, lobby compliance, and report to C-level without spin.

Nice to have

• Hands-on creative chops—able to brief (or tweak) static, video, and UGC ads that resonate with casino players.

• Experience optimising the whole funnel (acquisition → monetisation → reactivation).

• Background at a high-volume affiliate network or media-buying agency in the casino space.
