📍 Location: HQ – Rosh Ha’Ayin | 🕓 Full-time | 🏢 On-Site (4 days)

Priority Software is seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of product development from concept to go-to-market. You'll be responsible for shaping product strategy, defining technical requirements, collaborating with R&D and third-party partners, and ensuring seamless integration into our customer base.

This role is ideal for someone who blends strategic thinking with strong technical instincts — and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle: from ideation and planning to launch and post-release adoption
• Define product requirements based on user and business needs
• Collaborate with R&D teams and external partners to deliver impactful, integrated solutions
• Communicate product concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure product usability, compliance, and alignment with business goals
• Incorporate new solutions into the existing customer base and adapt to user feedback

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience implementing business processes in tech or enterprise environments
• Deep familiarity with business modules, especially SCM or Finance (advantage)
• Experience in technical product design and building complex, customized solutions
• Familiarity with APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud infrastructure (advantage)
• Experience with Generative AI / Machine Learning (advantage)
• Strong multitasking abilities — able to manage both high-level strategy and detailed specs
• Excellent communication skills — comfortable working with remote teams and stakeholders
• Self-starter with strong ownership and the ability to work independently
• Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory)
