Sleazy Ronin is a fresh, sharp-edged indie studio founded on the belief that games can be cognitively influential through dramatic narrative and strategic complexity. I'm not here to play it safe. I'm here to make games that infect minds, twist mechanics, and challenge expectations.
Hi, my name is Ronen. I'm the actual Sleazy Ronin, currently a solo developer building this project from the ground up. But I'm looking to expand and bring in a like-minded Unreal Developer to join the mission.
Born out of a passion for minimal aesthetics, system-driven gameplay, and narrative subtext, Sleazy Ronin is currently building its debut title: Sleazemonger.

What is Sleazemonger?
A black-and-green, top-down, level-based, puzzle strategy game about infecting digital-biological networks. Inspired by titles like Mini Metro and Opus Magnum, it blends slick aesthetics with system-based gameplay. The foundation is already implemented and running: resource system, infection logic, goal system, and victory states.
The job:
I'm currently looking for an Unreal Engine developer (Blueprint) who’s hungry to join a unique indie project in its development phase. This is a contract-based, unpaid collaboration with a revenue-share model - meaning you'll get a cut of all game earnings across Steam and future platforms. I'm expecting no more than an 8-hour weekly contribution. The job is remote.
Who I’m looking for:
- Proficient in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints) engine version 5.5
- Familiar with 3D puzzle or strategy game logic
- Reliable, autonomous, and creatively invested
- Able to lead and direct the technical aspects of the game
- Experienced with version control
What you'll be doing:
- Study and review the existing foundation
- Polish and expand core logic and systems
- Contribute to finalizing the demo for Steam release
- Collaborate closely with me on key design decisions and their implementation
- Shape the roadmap and future of the project together
- Write and update the technical documentation for the project
I’m fully transparent — this is not a salaried position, but it is a serious project with real potential, aiming for release-ready quality and visibility through festivals, heavy social media marketing, and Steam.
