Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead the development and execution of manufacturing systems for new products.

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

• Development of a manufacturing systems for new products – including production site, supply chain, procurement, quality assurance, and more
• Execution of manufacturing processes at the production site according to specifications, meeting timelines, cost, and quality targets
• Working with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal interfaces
• Supporting production and supply during development phases
• Managing automation/mechanization projects – defining requirements for fixtures, writing requirement and engineering/operational specifications, approving design and implementation,
• Process validation and transfer to production
• Handling customer complaints (internal and external)

Job Requirements

• Mechanical / Materials / Biomedical Engineer (or similar)
• Good command of English
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Advantage: experience in the plastics and medical device industry
• Advantage: experience working with subcontractors and suppliers
