👤 Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a hands-on full stack CTO with a pioneering mindset and the ability to take complete ownership over the engineering domain. You should be passionate about building scalable systems, leading technical teams, and transforming visionary concepts into production-ready products that generate real business value.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, iterating quickly, and pushing boundaries.

✅ Core Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on full stack engineer

* Strong technical leadership experience, including managing development teams and setting architectural direction

* Deep knowledge of AdTech, Big Data, or real-time data systems (such as RTB, bidding platforms, event streaming, and analytics pipelines)

* Demonstrated ability to turn raw product or strategy ideas into POCs and take them to production independently

* Fluency with modern cloud-native infrastructure (GCP or AWS), scalable backend services, microservices, and stream processing tools (Kafka, Spark, etc.)

* Lead and grow our engineering team, currently based in Be’er Sheva

* Define and own the technical roadmap and system architecture

* Collaborate with the founding team to rapidly prototype new business and product ideas

* Take experimental initiatives from whiteboard to live revenue-generating deployment

* Build resilient, performant systems that scale with business demand
