Technical Project Manager

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will oversee resources, processes, and coordination from a technical standpoint. You will lead project delivery across Exponet’s core platforms, working with both internal teams and enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality results, smooth execution, and alignment with technical and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Control the entire project life cycle across multiple products (Exponet, Tenders Management, BC Management)
• Coordinate Developers, Product Owners, System Analysts, and external stakeholders
• Track progress, risks, and milestones – ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Lead team meetings and manage daily technical operations
• Develop scalable processes and project best practices
• Act as the technical and operational focal point for customer-facing projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or similar (++)
• 4+ years leading complex software projects – enterprise customer environments preferred
• Strong technical understanding (.NET, React, system integrations advantage)
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Familiar with Agile methodologies
• Hebrew fluent, English proficient
