Computer Vision SW Team Leader

About The Role

• Design, build, and deliver the next generation of features for our AI-based solutions.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, effectively handling priorities and overcoming technical and organizational challenges.
• Conduct code reviews and design reviews, evaluate implementations, and provide clear, constructive technical feedback to team members.
• Plan team work based on business objectives, accurately estimate effort, set realistic timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Build and grow your team — hire, coach, mentor, and empower engineers to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate closely with other teams to define and deliver cross-team features and initiatives.
• Strengthen the company's engineering culture by championing and implementing best practices and high standards.

• Extensive Software Engineering Experience - A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software engineering
• Leadership Experience- At least 3 years of proven leadership experience in managing software development teams
• Proficiency in Python and C++
• Strong Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for projects, coupled with exceptional leadership skills to inspire teams towards achieving collective goals. A proactive "yes we can" attitude is essential
• Experience in Computer Vision/AI (Advantageous): Prior experience or exposure to computer vision and artificial intelligence technologies would be advantageous
