• Write, edit, and produce content for events and ceremonies, donor letters, newsletters, digital marketing materials, website articles, video transcriptions and subtitles, printed materials, and more.
• Translate and/or adapt texts from Hebrew into English.
• Conduct interviews and write beneficiary stories and feature articles—including on-location reporting when needed—transforming them into marketing-focused storytelling materials to support fundraising.
• Serve as a liaison with regional branches and HQ units across the organization.
• Perform additional tasks as required.

• Academic degree (required)
• Native English speaker (required)
• High-level Hebrew—excellent reading comprehension, conversation, and translation skills (required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in English-language marketing writing and content creation—experience in social, Jewish, or philanthropic organizations preferred
• Proven storytelling talent—ability to craft authentic, moving, and inspiring narratives aligned with the organization’s themes
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet shifting deadlines; may require flexibility for non-standard working hours
• Creative, proactive, independent, adaptable, detail-oriented

• Background in client management or budgeting in ad agencies
• Investigative journalism experience
• Proficiency with newsletter systems, AI tools, and CMS platforms
