- Write, edit, and produce content for events and ceremonies, donor letters, newsletters, digital marketing materials, website articles, video transcriptions and subtitles, printed materials, and more.
- Translate and/or adapt texts from Hebrew into English.
- Conduct interviews and write beneficiary stories and feature articles—including on-location reporting when needed—transforming them into marketing-focused storytelling materials to support fundraising.
- Serve as a liaison with regional branches and HQ units across the organization.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Academic degree (required)
- Native English speaker (required)
- High-level Hebrew—excellent reading comprehension, conversation, and translation skills (required)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in English-language marketing writing and content creation—experience in social, Jewish, or philanthropic organizations preferred
- Proven storytelling talent—ability to craft authentic, moving, and inspiring narratives aligned with the organization’s themes
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to meet shifting deadlines; may require flexibility for non-standard working hours
- Creative, proactive, independent, adaptable, detail-oriented
- Background in client management or budgeting in ad agencies
- Investigative journalism experience
- Proficiency with newsletter systems, AI tools, and CMS platforms
