Junior PMO for the Digital Department - position no. 1419

Responsibilities:

• Leading strategic projects from the planning phase through to implementation.
• Responsibility for various work plans, including building KPIs and control metrics (timeline, budget), resource planning, and management.
• Collecting and analyzing data to support decision-making and tracking actual performance against plans.
• Managing audit processes, tracking project status, and reporting progress toward goals.
• Reporting to senior management, preparing presentations and Gantt charts.
• Collaborating with multiple departments and teams across the organization.

Qualifications:

• Experience with MONDAY / JIRA / other project management tools – required.
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) – required.
• Good command of English (mainly reading and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration – advantage.
• Experience in the capital market – advantage.
