We are looking for a Head of Global Procurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a global procurement strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, supporting operations across 11 countries (including India, Eastern Europe, Europe, the USA, and others).
- Manage cross-organizational processes, including the implementation of advanced procurement systems, and the development of unified procedures and work methodologies.
- Lead company-wide projects and complex tasks requiring coordination across departments, regions, and teams.
- Responsible for closing global supplier agreements, in collaboration with local procurement teams.
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, with independent decision-making ability and responsibility for risk management.
- Guide and motivate local procurement managers (without direct reporting lines), fostering collaboration and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, workplace safety, and lead relevant training and implementation programs.
- Conduct effective cross-cultural communication and work with teams and suppliers from diverse countries and cultures.
- Address regulatory matters, ensure adherence to international standards, and maintain compliance across all operations.
Professional Requirements:
- 7–10 years of proven experience in managing global procurement processes or leading strategic cross-organizational projects.
- Experience working with various cultures and regulatory environments.
- Deep understanding of procurement operations, including system implementation, methodological project leadership, and contract negotiation.
- Strong experience in working with global suppliers and conducting high-level negotiations.
- High-level assertiveness, leadership, and influencing skills, with end-to-end responsibility for broad processes.
- Proven experience managing teams and working with executives at all levels.
- Knowledge and experience in quality and safety standards—significant advantage for candidates with background in food service and catering.
- Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with ERP systems and advanced technological tools.
- Background in risk management.
