We are at the forefront of the blockchain and crypto industry in Israel, serving as the central hub for the local ecosystem. Under our brand, we operate the largest platforms in Israel for content, networking, education, and events in the blockchain space.
These include the leading news website, podcast, YouTube channel, and an active community of over 65,000 members. Additionally, we organize Israel’s largest and most high-quality conferences and events in the field, bringing together the most influential figures from the local and international industry.
As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced manager to expand partnerships and sales with the company’s business clients—both within and beyond the blockchain sector—offering products and services such as media, sponsorships for our flagship conferences education, and business services.
This is a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of Israel’s blockchain and crypto industry and build relationships with top executives in the field, both locally and globally.
Responsibilities:
Leading the Business Department
- Developing, managing, and leading business relationships with companies interested in operating in the space.
- Managing the sales and closing process for various products and services.
- Overseeing client relationships to ensure the delivery of the right products and services.
- Organizing and producing networking meetings and professional events.
- Strengthening connections within the community and creating business collaboration opportunities.
- Managing and leading digital platforms for the business community.
Managing the Annual Conference and Other Events
- Full management of the conference and additional events, including planning, marketing, sales, operations, and production.
- Developing a sales strategy and commercial partnerships with industry stakeholders.
- Securing sponsorships and negotiating with leading companies.
- Coordinating with suppliers, producers, service providers, and regulatory bodies.
- Overseeing budget management and financial aspects of conferences and events.
- Ensuring a top-tier customer experience and guaranteeing the success of events.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in managing large-scale conferences/events
✔ Significant experience in sales and business partnerships – proven track record in securing sponsorships and conducting negotiations.
✔ Strong management and operational skills – proven experience in supplier management, logistics, and complex production processes.
✔ Community and networking management skills – deep understanding of leading professional communities and strategic networking.
✔ Initiative and ability to work independently – building projects from scratch and making decisions in a dynamic environment.
✔ High-level proficiency in English and Hebrew – a must.
✔ Experience in media and digital industries – an advantage.
✔ Knowledge of blockchain and crypto – a major bonus.
