ONE TALDOR is looking for an experienced and talented IP Communications Team Lead to join our team and lead our corporate communication infrastructure. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a professional IP communications team.
• Plan, maintain, and upgrade complex IP communication systems.
• Ensure the availability, performance, and security of all communication systems.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and other IT teams.
• Lead cross-organizational communication projects.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience managing IP communications teams.
• Deep knowledge of communication protocols (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching).
• Strong command of communication security solutions.
• Ability to design architecture and build end-to-end solutions.
• Significant advantage: Experience with and knowledge of IP telephony systems (VoIP, Call Managers, SIP).
• Strong leadership, management, and team motivation skills.
