Payroll Department Manager - 225351

A well-established financial organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Department Manager to lead payroll operations and play a strategic role within the HR leadership team.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the bank’s payroll department and all payroll processes by collective agreements
• Lead the salary budget: monthly controls, ongoing management, and reporting
• Oversee the implementation of employee benefits per the collective agreements
• Manage a team of payroll accountants
• Work closely with Hilan (Israel's leading payroll software) on system customizations and developments
• Lead HR-related cross-organizational projects
• Member of the HR division’s leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of HR

🎯 Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing a payroll department in a large organization (1,000+ employees) – must
• Experience working with collective agreements – must
• Background in an organization with an active employee union – must
• Excellent knowledge of Hilan systems – must
• Strong Excel skills – must
• Relevant academic degree – must

🕐 Working Hours:

Sun, Tue, Wed – 08:00–16:00

Mon, Thu – 08:00–15:30
