What you’ll do:

• Drive the evolution of our core technologies while architecting and implementing new strategic initiatives
• Own the interfacing and integrations with major social media platforms, content delivery networks, and digital asset management systems
• Design and lead the implementation of scalable solutions for importing, managing, and publishing digital media assets
• Actively mentor team members, supporting their professional development and career growth
• Collaborate with product management to define and execute technical roadmaps
  
  

• At least 2 years of proven experience leading, mentoring, coaching, and growing high-performance software development teams
• At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience (Full-Stack)
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms and building large-scale distributed systems in the cloud
• Excellence in system architecture and API design
• Skilled in leading cross-team efforts while aligning with other stakeholders
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or similar
  
  

• Strong background in C#, JS, and React
• Experience in computer graphics, video rendering pipelines, or graphics programming (e.g., using OpenGL/WebGL)
• Familiarity with graphics and motion design tools, particularly Adobe After Effects
