A leading high-tech company located in Jerusalem is seeking an experienced System Engineer & Project Manager to lead complex technological projects in both civil and defense domains.

Responsibilities:

• Lead system engineering processes and manage multidisciplinary projects
• Define system architecture and technical specifications
• Write high-level technical documents (requirements, design, interfaces)
• Lead lab experiments, validation, and system-level testing
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams (hardware, software, mechanics, etc.)
• Manage external technology subcontractors

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• 5–10 years of experience in total, including proven experience in system engineering and project management
• Strong background in communication networks
• Broad system-level understanding and the ability to define development architectures
• Self-learner, highly motivated, organized, and with excellent interpersonal communication skills

Advantages:

• Experience in cyber/security technologies
• Familiarity with time synchronization protocols (NTP/PTP)
• Experience in board design (including microcontrollers and analog circuits)
