Senior Product Manager | yad2

yad2 is growing fast across verticals like real estate, auto, second-hand, and jobs and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and help shape products that impact millions of Israelis.

You’ll work on one of these exciting verticals building smart, simple, and meaningful user experiences across web and mobile. We’re looking for someone with strong product intuition, a data-driven mindset, genuine curiosity, and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, UX, data, and marketing teams to create real impact.

What you will be doing

• We are looking for a passionate, data-driven, and creative Product Manager who will optimize and deliver product that will reach every Israeli household.
• Own the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and delivery, including research, requirements, prioritization and development (mostly in-bound)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product requirements and conceptualize project goals
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis, collect and manage requirements and feedback from various internal and external customers
• Work closely with cross-functional teams such as R&D, UX/UI, Data, QA, Marketing, and Sales

Your skills and experience

• 5 years of experience in product management
• Familiarity and expertise with mobile and web products
• Proficiency in project management tools and software such as Jira, Monday, etc.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to solve complex problems
• Strong Understanding of User Experience
• Experience with Google Analytics - an advantage
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure and multitasking skills
