Assistant Controller

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reports.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
• Help monitor company performance and identify financial variances.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in audit preparations.
• Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Assist with tax return preparations for both IL and US entities.
• Contribute to revenue recognition and consolidation processes.
• Support implementation of new accounting processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial data as needed.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Completion of an internship at one of the “Big 4” accounting firms – strong advantage.
• CPA certification – an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or audit.
• Familiarity with US GAAP – required.
• Experience in a tech or software company – advantage.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (Priority preferred).
• Analytical mindset and high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew.
• Comfortable working in an office-based setting.
