תקציר משרה:

מנהל הרישוי אחראי על ניהול תהליכי הרישוי בארגון, כולל עבודה מול גורמים ממשלתיים ורגולטוריים, הכנת דוחות, והבטחת עמידה בדרישות החוקיות והרגולטוריות.

תיאור המשרה:

• ניהול תהליכי רישוי והיתרים – טיפול בתהליכים לבקשת היתרי בניה ורישיונות עסק בתחום הפעילות של החברה, כולל תאום עם גורמים פנימיים וחיצוניים מתחילתם ועד לקבלת טופס 4 ורישיון עסק
• ייעוץ וליווי – מתן ייעוץ למחלקות פנימיות בנוגע לדרישות רישוי והיתרים. עבודה וממשק עם כלל מחלקות החברה – משפטים, הנדסה, כספים וכו'
• עבודה מול רשויות – עבודה מול רשויות רגולטוריות, עירוניות וממשלתיות לצורך קבלת אישורים והיתרים.
• מעקב אחר חוקים ותקנות – עדכון והבנה מעמיקה של חוקים ותקנות הנוגעים לפעילות הארגון והדרישות הקשורות לרגולציה.
• עבודה עם ספקים, לקוחות וגורמים נוספים על מנת להבטיח עמידה בדרישות הרגולציה והחוק.

• תואר בגיאוגרפיה/ תכנון ערים/ משפטים/ אדריכלות/ הנדסה - יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון רלוונטי, עדיפות לניסיון מעולמות התשתיות והאנרגיה – יתרון משמעותי.
• יכולות אנליטיות מצוינות.
• ידע והיכרות עם מערכות GIS ו-AutoCad
• כישורי ריבוי משימות וארגון מצוינים תחת לוחות זמנים מאתגרים.

Position Summary:

The Licensing Manager is responsible for managing licensing and permitting processes across the organization, including coordination with regulatory and governmental authorities, preparation of reports, and ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of Licensing and Permit Processes: Oversee the end-to-end process of obtaining building permits and business licenses, including coordination with internal departments and external authorities, up to the receipt of Form 4 and business license.
• Internal Consulting and Guidance: Provide regulatory and licensing guidance to internal departments (legal, engineering, finance, etc.).
• Liaison with Authorities: Interface with governmental, municipal, and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
• Monitoring of Legal and Regulatory Developments: Stay up-to-date and ensure deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting the company’s operations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Law, Architecture, or Engineering – significant advantage
• Relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure or energy sectors – strong advantage
• Excellent analytical skills
• Familiarity with GIS and AutoCAD systems
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities under tight deadlines
• High attention to detail and ability to manage open tasks diligently
• Methodical, organized, and accurate working style
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Assertiveness, initiative, and strong motivation to grow within the energy sector
