They are looking for a talented Software Team Leader to lead the development team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of talented developers, driving the core of our product throughout its development lifecycle.

• Ensure technical excellence, high product quality, innovation, and on-time delivery in an agile environment.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Care, and other stakeholders to transform ideas into real customer value.

• Actively participate in the R&D Leadership Forum, contributing to discussions that shape the future of our product.

• Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and career development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of a proven track record in leading R&D teams (Must).

• 5+ years of a strong track record in backend/full-stack development (Must).

• Proven ability to build and scale large-scale applications in Python (Must).

• Familiarity with Angular or React (Advantage).

• Strong expertise in both architecture and implementation of high-scale systems.

• Experience in Cybersecurity, Linux, and Networking (Advantage).

• Experience with on-premises systems (Advantage).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication, and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
