We’re looking for a Motion Designer to supercharge the Marketing team’s creative output. This person will be responsible for creating fast, high-quality video and animation content that showcases the ScaleOps platform, strengthens our brand, and supports marketing efforts across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and high-quality animations and videos to support various marketing and product initiatives.
- Create visual content for multiple channels, including: The company website, YouTube explainers and product demo videos, Digital advertisements for LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and display networks, Webinars and product walkthroughs.
- Lead the end-to-end production process, including: Supporting script development, Designing and animating visuals, Editing video content, Integrating sound and voiceover, Preparing final exports for distribution.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Marketing and Brand teams to ensure alignment with messaging, design standards, and brand guidelines.
- Drive fast-paced iterations and uphold a consistent level of visual quality across all produced assets.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in animation and video editing (B2D Startup or Agency background preferred).
- Mastery of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and other relevant tools.
- Strong visual storytelling and the ability to simplify complex tech into clear, engaging motion content.
