A successful construction company looking for Treasurer
this role includes full responsibility for managing the company’s ongoing cash flow operations, including:
- Monitoring income and expenses
- Managing cash flow forecasts and reporting
- Opening bank accounts
- Negotiating with banks
- Implementing treasury systems
- Overseeing payments and ensuring proper financial control
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a financial field – mandatory
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role – mandatory
- Previous experience in cash flow management within a real estate or banking organization – a significant advantage
- In-depth knowledge of financial and banking systems
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Experience in implementing treasury management systems – an advantage
