What You’ll Do

As a SaaS AI Product Manager, this role focuses on turning advanced AI capabilities into practical, scalable solutions that meet real customer needs. The position involves leading product strategy, development, and execution to deliver clear business value.

• Lead product planning and execution across key areas—from shaping the roadmap to managing releases.

• Engage directly with users to understand their needs and pain points, and translate those insights into impactful features.

• Prioritize initiatives based on user input, business goals, and technical feasibility, with a focus on high-value AI applications.

• Define clear, actionable product requirements and collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver iteratively.

• Establish and track success metrics; use data, experimentation, and feedback to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Align teams around the product vision and strategy through clear communication and regular updates.

• Stay current with AI trends, SaaS innovation, and the competitive landscape to help shape long-term product direction.

• Operate with a hands-on, proactive mindset in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

• As part of a small team, you’ll also take part in some sales-related activities—such as onboarding clients, representing the product in calls or demos, and turning feedback into product insights. Strong communication skills are essential.

Who is Our Ideal Candidate?

Our ideal candidate is a product leader with a solid track record in SaaS environments—capable of turning challenges into scalable, AI-driven solutions. This person thrives in fast-paced, agile startup settings.

• Brings 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B online SaaS.

• Proven success in launching new products or scaling features in high-growth environments.

• Experienced in agile product development, including roadmap planning and writing clear, actionable product requirements.

• Demonstrates strong customer empathy and an intuitive sense for effective UX.

• Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams and communicating across technical and business stakeholders.

• Possesses an analytical mindset, with a focus on metrics, experimentation, and rapid iteration.

• Comfortable working through uncertainty, particularly when iterating on AI-driven solutions.

• Available for full-time in TLV, on-site work.

• Brings excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to speak to clients and help drive sales-oriented discussions when needed.

• Understands technical concepts and product architecture well enough to communicate effectively with developers, even if not a hands-on coder.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with affiliate tools, SEO platforms, or digital marketing ecosystems.

• Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, cPanel, or hosting infrastructure.

• Basic technical fluency—comfortable discussing frontend/backend (React + JS) with developers.

• Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI technologies or ML-powered features.

• Experience in product-led growth environments and optimizing user onboarding, activation, or engagement.
