NPI Engineer – Defense Industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NPI processes from prototype to mass production.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and testability of new products.
• Define and implement production processes, tools, and documentation.
• Support DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFT (Design for Test) activities.
• Work with suppliers and internal teams to source and validate electronic components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pilot and production phases.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with electronic components and PCB assembly processes.
• Familiarity with defense industry standards – an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
