Job Description:

NovoDia is hiring an AI Architect to lead the design and build of a first-of-its-kind Curriculum Generation engine — a system that brings standards-aligned, teacher-ready K–12 curriculum to life using LLMs.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role: you’ll define core systems, ship working prototypes, and architect the workflows that turn instructional logic into scalable, AI-powered outputs.

You’ll work closely with product, pedagogy, and research to shape how AI can truly serve educators — not just generate generic content.

Responsibilities:

• Build the core engine for AI-generated curriculum: prompt flows, orchestration, evaluation
• Translate instructional patterns into reusable schemas and logic structures
• Prototype rapidly, then evolve into modular, production-grade tools
• Integrate quality scoring, feedback loops, and performance tracking
• Apply the latest in LLMs, agents, and RAG — practically, not just for trend's sake
• Work cross-functionally to ensure outputs meet real teacher and student needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with LLMs (GPT-4, Claude, or OSS)
• Strong coding skills (Python preferred)
• Comfort building systems from scratch
• Product intuition and ability to translate ambiguity into real features
• Experience working in early-stage or high-ownership teams

Nice to Have:

• Background in education or instructional design
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or graph-based knowledge systems
• Experience with content-generation tools or adaptive learning platforms
