System Analyst

Comblack is hiring a Senior Systems Analyst !

What We Offer:

• Business, strategic, and technological analysis — from understanding the business needs of investment and finance departments to translating them into system requirements
• Writing detailed functional and technical specification documents, including business processes, rules, and interfaces
• Guiding and overseeing development teams throughout implementation, including support during system testing and integration
• Ongoing collaboration with investment managers, risk managers, analysts, and IT teams to implement tailored technological solutions
• Participation in and leadership of digital projects, technological innovation, and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 7 years of experience in systems analysis and writing detailed business/technical specifications in the financial sector (banking, credit, investment management)
• Experience designing technological architecture for complex, multi-interface projects (online and batch processing)
• Proven ability in technological strategy planning and translating it into actionable work plans
• Experience managing complex stakeholder interfaces
• Prior knowledge of financial/investment management systems (e.g., Danal, front office/back office systems)
