Marketing Coordinator for Diversity Populations

Ben-Gurion University is seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing initiatives aimed at increasing outreach and visibility among diverse communities. This role is central to the university’s inclusion and access strategy, working closely with the Diversity & Inclusion Office.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to recruit students from diverse populations.
• Promote programs and events across social media, digital platforms, and university websites.
• Manage tailored marketing campaigns for specific diversity audiences.
• Plan and implement on- and off-campus events targeting diverse student populations.
• Represent the university at fairs, expos, and national diversity-focused events.
• Organize academic visits and events, including content accessibility and logistical coordination.
• Build partnerships within the university and with external institutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Excellent writing skills for marketing materials.
• Proficiency in Hebrew, English, and Arabic.
