About the Role

We're seeking experienced Learning & Development consultants to join our team working on global system implementation projects with US-based clients. Your focus will be on creating learning solutions and training materials that support users in adopting new technical systems and platforms. This is a freelance position working remotely as part of an international team.

• Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions focused on system implementations and technical platforms
• Create user-friendly training materials, guides, and documentation for complex technical systems
• Develop change management and communication strategies to support system adoption
• Plan and execute training programs that enhance user proficiency with new systems
• Bridge the gap between technical functionality and user learning needs

• Proven experience in developing technical training content and system-related learning materials
• Track record of supporting large-scale system implementations with effective learning solutions
• Experience in translating complex technical information into clear, user-friendly learning content
• Strong background in creating system training documentation and user guides
• Excellent project management and self-management capabilities
• Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proactive approach and creative problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of organizational processes and technical change management
