We’re looking for a Systems Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to join a fast-growing software company building innovative digital products. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather business requirements, define processes, write functional specifications, and support project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach, asking the right questions to define clear objectives.
• Create and maintain high-level functional specifications for digital systems and features.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in systems analysis, preferably involving digital products or platforms.
• Proven ability to write functional specifications and analyze business processes.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles – a significant advantage.
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
