Senior Paid Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

We’re looking for a driven, experienced, and strategic Senior Paid Media Buyer to join our fast-paced, high-impact performance marketing team. This role is for someone who lives and breathes conversion-driven paid social, is fluent in TikTok and Meta buying, and ideally brings hands-on experience with Snapchat, YouTube, Applovin, and affiliate media buying.

You’ll be responsible for launching, optimizing, and scaling paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a relentless focus on hitting CPA and ROAS goals. You’ll work closely with our creative, data, and landing page teams to identify opportunities, bring data to life, and unlock scale for high-growth DTC brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Lead day-to-day media buying on TikTok and Meta, with additional buying on Snap, YouTube, and affiliate when applicable.
• Campaign Management: Launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms with a focus on driving conversions and scaling profitable spend.
• Testing & Optimization: Design and execute tests to improve performance; actively manage budgets based on real-time data.
• Performance Analysis: Partner with Creative and BI teams to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities through funnel metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative Strategists and Editors to guide concepting and optimise ad performance.
• Affiliate Media Buying: If applicable, source, test, and scale affiliate partnerships or networks that support performance goals.
• Platform & Industry Knowledge: Stay on top of platform changes, ad trends, and emerging formats, especially for TikTok and Meta algorithm updates.

We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience buying media in a performance marketing environment
• Proven success scaling on TikTok and Meta (Snap, YouTube, Applovin, and Amazon are a big plus)
• Strong understanding of auction dynamics, bid strategies, and best practices for conversion
• Experience hitting CPA targets while managing large budgets
• Familiarity with affiliate buying or alternate user acquisition methods is a strong plus
• Familiarity with landing page optimization, including funnel analytics, pixels, and Google Tag Manager, is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notebook LM, and others to enhance performance workflows
• Strategic thinker who can balance efficiency with long-term scale
• Comfortable using data to inform decisions; experience working with analysts or dashboards
• Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting performance insights to stakeholders
