Software Engineer II, Cloud Network Observability

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• Experience in C++.
• Experience in the cloud domain.
• Knowledge of engineering with a focus on quality, velocity, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve the teams services.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Design and implement scalable applications. Analyze the development cycle, identify areas for improving development productivity, formulate proposals, and drive execution.
• Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
• Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback.
