As our Chief Technology Officer and a key member of the founding team, you will be the architect of this future.

You will own the ambitious technical vision required to build our business co-pilot from the ground up. Your mission is to translate a bold, data-driven strategy into a secure, scalable, and intelligent platform that becomes an indispensable tool for top management.

1. Strategic & Architectural Leadership:

• Define and own the end-to-end technical vision for a platform capable of large-scale data ingestion, correlation, analysis, and forecasting.
• Make foundational decisions on the technology stack, AI/ML model choices, and architectural patterns required to support sophisticated root cause analysis and predictive modeling.
• Lead the design of our core systems, including:
• A secure and flexible data ingestion framework capable of connecting to diverse corporate systems (MS Graph, Google Workspace, CRMs, HRMs, etc.).
• A powerful data processing and correlation engine that can find signals in the noise across multiple disparate datasets.
• A sophisticated AI pipeline for classification, sentiment analysis, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• A highly performant and secure API layer to serve insights to our visualization front-end.
• Manage the technology budget and drive key decisions on infrastructure, tooling, and strategic partnerships.

2. Technical Execution & Engineering Excellence:

• Lead the engineering team in building and delivering a high-quality product, balancing rapid iteration with long-term technical health.
• Establish and enforce best practices for software development, including rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing strategies, and clear documentation.
• Champion a modern DevOps culture, focusing on CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and deep system observability.
• Remain hands-on when necessary, guiding the team through the most complex technical challenges and setting the standard for quality.

3. Security & Compliance Leadership (A Top Priority):

• Champion a "Security by Design" and "Privacy First" mindset across the entire company, recognizing that trust is our most important feature.
• Architect systems that handle extraordinarily sensitive data with state-of-the-art security, including data anonymization, redaction, granular access control, and robust encryption.
• Own the technical roadmap for achieving and maintaining critical compliance certifications (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR), which are non-negotiable for our target market.

4. Team Building & Mentorship:

• Recruit, hire, and retain exceptional engineers who are passionate about AI and solving hard problems.
• Mentor and grow your team, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, rapid learning, and deep ownership.
• Structure the engineering organization for velocity, scale, and innovation.

• A deep, genuine passion for artificial intelligence and its potential to augment human decision-making. You're not just a manager; you live and breathe this space.
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (e.g., CTO, VP Engineering) at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of shipping complex, data-centric products.
• A strategic thinker who is also deeply technical. You can command the respect of senior engineers by debating architectural trade-offs, discussing model limitations, and reviewing critical code.
• Essential Security Acumen: Deep understanding of application security, infrastructure security, and the technical requirements for handling sensitive PII in a multi-tenant environment. SOC 2 experience is highly desirable.
• Strong Data & AI Experience: Strong familiarity with data engineering, data correlation techniques, and the full lifecycle of machine learning models (from classic classification to forecasting and causal inference). MLOps experience is a major plus.
• Demonstrable experience building and scaling applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• An exceptional communicator, able to articulate a grand technical vision to the team, board, investors, and future customers.
• Thrives in the ambiguity and intensity of an early-stage startup environment, with a bias for action and a relentless drive to build something truly new.
