MicroPoint Pro, a leading provider of ultra-precise end tools for the semiconductor industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join our Engineering Department.
Responsibilities:
- Lead quality alignment and expectation-setting with global customers
- Take full ownership of handling customer complaints
- Drive root cause investigations, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Provide professional support to QC departments
- Lead special quality-related projects as needed
Requirements:
- Certified Quality Engineer or relevant academic degree
- Experience in the semiconductor or precision machining industry – an advantage
- Proven experience in communicating with clients in Israel and abroad
- Strong skills in writing 8D failure analysis reports – including in English
- High-level English (spoken and written)
