What you’ll bring

• 1-2 years in analytics, underwriting, compliance, or similar
• High personal drive and a “let me figure it out” attitude
• Eagle-eye attention to detail – you spot the small things that matter
• Structured, data-oriented thinking; comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets
• Bonus: basic SQL or BI tool familiarity

• Independent and proactive – you own your tasks end-to-end
• Highly organized and consistent with repetitive reviews
• Happy to dive into hands-on, manual checks when accuracy is everything
• Strong English reading & writing (our reviews are in English)

What you’ll do

• Review merchant data and documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Identify red flags in onboarding and underwriting flows
• Suggest process improvements to boost speed and precision
• Collaborate with product & data teams to refine our AI models
