Customer Support Specialist- 100% Remote
As a Customer Support, you will provide professional support to our B2B customers, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of our services

We are a SaaS company that provides a marketing automation platform for businesses
We are working 100% remotely
Full-time job, Sunday-Thursday, 9:00-18:00
:Responsibilities
Provide customer support via email and video meetings (screen sharing), and by phone in exceptional circumstances.
Manage and resolve technical support issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience providing customer support for SaaS companies
- Experience providing technical support in writing, via video meetings, or by phone
- Strong written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
