Project Manager - Electronic Warfare

Project Manager Wanted in the Electronic Warfare Systems For our Intelligence, Communications, and EW Plant in the ELTA Division!

Job Description

• Managing large-scale projects with budgets in the tens of millions, from development and production phases through customer implementation.
• Matrix management and coordination with numerous engineering, operational, and financial entities inside and outside of ELT
• Full responsibility for all aspects of the project (budget, schedule, etc (Managing and writing work plans using MS)

What We're Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Computer Science – required
• At least 5 years of proven experience in project management – required
• Experience in systems engineering or system development – advantage
• Experience in managing projects according to standard project management methodologies – required
• Experience working with subcontractors and customers – required
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage matrix personnel – required
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required
• Willingness to travel and work overtime – required
