Chief Technology Officer

We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to join us as a founding partner in an ambitious venture that’s recreating the future of education in Israel.

Our platform leverages AI, real-time data, and intuitive user experiences to provide educators, parents, school principals, and others with the insights they need to intervene early, support effectively, and help every student thrive: socially, emotionally, and academically.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full tech vision and execution
• Build a secure, multi-tenant platform (web + mobile) 
• Drive product-market fit by turning complex educational needs
• Deliver fast, lean MVPs while planning for long-term scale
• Recruit and lead your high-performing development team

What are we looking for?

• Experienced Full-Stack Developer - Proficient in React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Cloud Architecture Expertise - Experience deploying scalable platforms using Vercel, AWS, or GCP; solid grasp of CI/CD, monitoring, auto-scaling, and backup strategies
• Modern Software Architect - Strong focus on performance, modularity, security, and long-term maintainability
• Data-Driven Mindset - Familiar with analytics systems, data pipelines, and real-time data infrastructures
• AI/ML Familiarity - Exposure to machine learning models, NLP, anomaly detection, or predictive analytics is a major plus
• MVP Agility with Scale in Mind - Can rapidly build prototypes while planning for future scaling
• User-Centric Product Thinking - Prioritizes clean UX, responsive design (PWA or React Native), and feedback-driven iteration cycles
• Bonus - Passion for 3D technologies and/or knowledge of Ministry of Education platforms and integration standards
